We have 100 percent grass fed and finished beef. All our cows are on a rotational grazing system to take pressure off the pastures and provide fresh feed to the cows. We have approximately 1900 acres of pasture that allow us to rotate the cattle for better grazing on fresh grass. We’re in the process of cross fencing our larger pastures to improve our rotation grazing. This gives the grasses time to recover. In turn, the cattle fertilize the fields to help grow the pasture grass.

Why Buy in Bulk?

By buying direct from the farmer, you can see how and where your beef was raised and fed. When the meet is processed, you can choose the cuts of your meat, and the thickness of your steaks. The meat will be hung to dry-age prior to getting cut, which provides more favor and tender meat. Dry-aging beef is a process that involves hanging freshly slaughtered beef in a temperature controlled environment from a couple of weeks to several months before being trimmed and cut.

Our beef is grass fed and grass finished, on our own pastures with additional hay that we produce on our ranches.
